Position: Research Associate (Postdoc) position on Managing and Designing Digital Identity Wallet Ecosystems

Duties: Carry out research in the field of digital identity wallets, such as: Critical evaluations of technical design choices for digital identity wallets, emerging standards (e.g., OIDC4VC/VP) and their compatibility with existing standards; Economic implications of digital identity wallets and incentives for stakeholders to adopt them; Legal compliance of digital identity wallet designs with the multi-layered regulatory framework (e.g., eIDAS, GDPR, SDGR); Provide guidance to PhD students; Disseminate results through scientific publications; Prepare research proposals to attract industry partnerships as well as national and European grant projects 
Requirements: PhD degree in Information Systems Engineering, Management Information Systems, Technology & Law, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; Experience with interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary, or transdisciplinary research projects and related research methods (e.g., design science research); Experience in publishing high-quality research, as demonstrated by research under review or published in 1st quartile conferences and journals (according to Scopus)
