Lead and mentor a team of 4 Actuarial Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. This includes providing coaching, reviewing, and overseeing work for accuracy and timeliness, and creating opportunities for professional growth; Prepare budgets for year-end forecasts and ensuring forecasts are accurate; Oversee and report on the financial results of various WPS health insurance products and reporting this information to executive level leadership; Analyze data and trends to understand factors impacting future revenue and claims costs; Recommend and implement rate adjustments, administrative changes, or other risk management strategies to achieve financial projections

Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent post high school and/or related work experience; 3 or more years of related work and/or leadership experience
