Position: Administrative assistant
Institution: University of Luxembourg
Location: Luxembourg City, Luxembourg
Duties: Work closely with the Principal Investigator and the other team members in assisting them in their daily tasks; Organise and prepare meetings/events and arrange facilities (in collaboration with internal and external services); Draft and distribute the minutes of the meetings; Arrange professional travel for the team members; Keep track of purchase orders, invoices, and travel expenses; Keep track of the annual budget; Proofread translated documents (reports, factsheets, flyers etc.)
Requirements: Higher education in office management (Bac+2/+3); A minimum of two years’ secretarial experience; Proficiency with modern office software; Good knowledge of IT Tools (Canva, social networks, Webex etc); Applicant must be fluent in French and have a very good command of English. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is considered an asset
