Duties: Act as a senior peer reviewer of life insurance, disability, leave of absence and paid time off financial modeling including the following: Budget projections; Financial/population impact of alternative designs; Paid time off liability, termination payouts and accrual analysis; Collaborate with IAS colleagues to review data for accuracy, as well as develop and track project deadlines; Serve as project owner in strategic development of new financial reporting templates & continually monitor to improve standard models used in analysis; Analyze spreadsheets, graphs, and o
Requirements: A Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, or a Finance-related field with an emphasis in math, statistics, or finance required; Master’s degree is a plus; Minimum preferred credentials: ASA and MAAA (FSA, or plans to become an FSA, is a plus); 4-5 years of experience in the insurance industry, specifically in employee group life and disability benefits; Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to develop strong client relationships
