Duties:	Provide expert statistical consultation and strategic leadership from plan to execution during all Phases of drug development. Provide directions to statisticians on statistical and programming principles and methodology. Responsible management of administrative and scientific activities of Biostatistics group. Lead and implement valid and innovative study design, analysis and reporting of clinical study results. As a formal member of a cross-functional clinical drug development team, lead and plan clinical drug development programs
Requirements:	MS or PhD in Statistics, Biostatistics or related field with 10+ years related experience; Strong oral and written communication skills and leadership capability; Communicate and manage effectively throughout all levels of the organization
