Requirements:
PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Molecular and Cell Biology or related disciplines; 4+ years of hands-on experience with gene expression/NGS data analysis using AI/ML; Expertise with common NGS visualization and processing tools (e.g., IGV, samtools, DESeq2); Proficiency in Linux/Bash, Python and R; Familiarity with Cloud
