Position: Post Doctoral Fellow - Bioinformatics/Proteomic/Metabolomic

Duties: Serve as the bioinformatics lead on a collaborative project focused on characterizing induced immune responses in an in vitro immunogenicity model; Perform analysis of scRNAseq and proteomics data; Perform rational multi omic integration of resulting data; Use the relevant data to generate training sets for Machine Learning; Play a key role in data collection, model training, and deployment for property prediction; The postdoctoral fellow will also receive personalized training in relevant areas of Machine Learning or immunology, as needed
Requirements: Doctorate degree in bioinformatics or a related field; Understanding of basic concepts of immunology; Significant experience in single-cell RNAseq analysis pipelines; Excellent communicator able to write and speak about technical concepts to business, technical, and lay audiences
