Duties:	Join the DBT engineering team to deliver efficient and innovative solutions for the Tax and Legal business; Manage the delivery value chain and deployment pipeline with Value Owners and System Designers; Lead engineering efforts following lean, agile, and DevOps principles; Drive business impact using cloud-native data and process automation; Demonstrate proficiency in modern DevOps practices and agile methodologies; Possess technical expertise in data, process automation, with knowledge of Azure DevOps; Ensure software quality and stay informed about emerging technologies; Support the ongoing operational activities and tools that are the part of the tax and legal business ecosystems
Requirements:	Proficient in modern DevOps practices, including flow management, value stream mapping, and Agile methodologies with Azure DevOps for project management and delivery; Experience with the ServiceNow ticketing system is a nice to have; Competent in data, process automation, and AI technologies; Effective English skills in translating complex technology solutions, German is an asset; Experience with flow-based Agile and continuous delivery practices; Knowledgeable in agile principles, organizational design, and Continuous Delivery methodologies; Demonstrated ability to adapt and learn new practices for continuous improvement; Proficiency in software programming languages - (C#, Python, PowerShell, or similar); Appreciation for the Power platform, as well as experience with cloud platforms (ideally Azure); Understanding of the tax and legal business domain
