Position: Research Associate (Postdoc) in Software Engineering (Requirement Engineering with emphasis on Regulatory Compliance)

Duties: We offer an attractive research associate (postdoc) position in the context of the National Centre of Excellence in Financial Technologies (NCER-FT), a large, interdisciplinary initiative combining expertise from technology, finance, and law. The SVV group is involved in the NCER-FT through multiple ramp-up projects, focusing on automating change impact analysis of financial regulations, automated compliance checking and monitoring of investment fund activities, completeness checking of content requirements in regulated documents, and formalization of legal provisions to enable program analysis for compliance
Requirements: PhD degree in Computer Science, Informatics, or Software Engineering; Knowledge (supported by a sound publication track record in relevant international conferences and top journals) in a number of the following topics: Requirements Engineering; Natural Language Processing and Understanding; Model-driven Engineering; Background in any of the following topics: Financial Technologies; Regulatory Technologies
