In this case, together with the application, it is necessary to submit proofs of compliance with the quantitative and qualitative criteria for the election to the academic title or for recognition of the title in accordance with the criteria. The candidate must also enclose a statement that he/she agrees that in the event of a positive decision of the selection board, his/her application is also considered as an application for his/her election to the title or for recognition of the title. The title must be obtained before the signing of the employment contract; knowledge of Slovene on B2 level. If the chosen candidate does not fulfil this condition when he starts the job, he must fulfil it within 3 years after the employement; rhetorical skills, innovativeness, ability to organize one’s own work. Desirable additional competencies: pedagogical and research experience in the field of Archaeology of the Neolithic and Eneolithic, Archaeological Methodology and Archaeological Heritage, experience in the Archaeological field work, fulfilling the conditions for the head of archaeological research in accordance with the Rules on Archaeological Research (Uradni list RS, št. 3/13 in 56/22), driving licence category B, experience in the field of information and communication technologies, especially informatics, experience in project management, experience in international cooperation, active knowledge of English, ability to work in a group, ability to lead groups and work actively with students.
