Provide legal advice and support for all types of legal documents and contracts, in particular for research-related contracts; Ensure the development of legal documentation, preparation, and validation of all kind of agreements and legal documents, in accordance with the laws and regulations and in line with UL requirements; Contribute to decision making, add value to the organization and facilitate the achievement of SnT objectives as well as safeguard the legal position and reputation of the University of Luxembourg, ensure legal compliance
Requirements:
Master’s degree in law with a focus on contract law; a specialization in intellectual property law would be a precious advantage; At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, with experience in contract drafting and negotiation
