Duties:	Audit consolidated and annual financial statements under US GAAP and IFRS principles accounting standards on-site at our clients'premises; Examine the international clients'business processes and workflows; Hone your technical expertise working on complex topics and transactions, including the implementation of IFRS 17/9; Learn to apply advanced technology and data & analytics to deliver a "next generation audit" through the Digital Auditor program; Coordinate the day-to-day business of the audit team in collaboration with the client in order to meet internal and external deadlines; Mentor and coach junior staff members as their first point of contact; Play an active role to establish a collaborative environment, team culture and client service mindset among the audit team
Requirements:	Master or Bachelor Degree (Major in Accounting or Finance); CPA (completed/or on the way to completion); 3 - 4 years of professional experience with group audit engagements and focus on financial services or insurance clients (is a plus); Experience in external audit combined with strong knowledge of US GAAP & US GAAS and US audit methodology and/or IFRS & ISA (is a must); Fluent in English - French or German is a plus; You are talented with numbers, detail oriented, work well under pressure and have a client focus
