Duties:	Key responsibilities include leading contributions towards: Alignment of firm-wide efforts for AI-enabled business solutions in co-operation with the CTO, the CDO and our functions; Governance, risk, & compliance framework for responsible AI solutions; Co-creation of AI solutions with our internal teams & alliance partners; Curation, management, and distribution of reusable assets; Publication of thought-leadership & participation in industry forums; Liaison with KPMG network on AI strategy, technology, and solutions; Evangelization and enablement efforts for AI & data; Evaluation, design & implementation of AI technologies
Requirements:	Relevant educational qualifications in AI with experience in assessing, designing, and delivering AI-enabled solutions; Relevant experience and familiarity with mainstream AI technology and tools; Good knowledge and understanding of ML & AI services from Microsoft (primary) and other providers; Relevant knowledge of GRC frameworks & methods for responsible AI; Good understanding of system design, solution conceptualization and delivery mechanisms (agile, lean, devops, cloud etc.); Learning mindset with ability to explore rapidly evolving technology ecosystem; Ability to anchor change through multi-disciplinary collaboration; Strong communication skills - fluent in English, German will be useful
