Duties:
Advise clients on a range of risk management and risk reporting topics in the Treasury and liquidity risk management area (e.g. stress testing, scenario modeling, FTP, target operating models, LCR and NSFR reporting); Assess compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g. BCBS, FINMA) regarding Treasury and liquidity risk management and reporting topics; Manage client relationships and build new ones; Assist with the development of proposals in order to win new business; Identify business opportunities by building relationships both internally and externally; Coach and develop less experienced team members and take ownership in shaping and further developing our team
Requirements:
Master or PhD in Banking & Finance, Economics or a quantitative discipline (e.g. mathematics, physics, quantitative finance, computational engineering); 2-4 years of professional experience in banking or in a consulting firm focusing on Treasury or liquidity risk management practices and processes; Knowledge in asset-liability management, stress testing, scenario modeling, LCR/NSFR reporting, collateral management and Finance/Treasury/Banking/Financial Products; Deep analytical skills, coupled with an open and curious mind, problem solving ability and a solution focused attitude; Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite allowing you to analyze data, implement quantitative models and develop solutions, programming skills in Python, R or SQL are an advantage; Strong communication and presentation skills (verbal and written), the ability to describe complex aspects in a structured, comprehensive and concise way; Proven project management skills and the ability to guide and motivate less experienced team members; Business-fluent in English (essential), German or French language skills also beneficial
