Duties:	Guide machine learning projects from ideation to feasibility; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and create solutions using machine learning technologies in various construction applications; Manage program goals and roadmaps, and advise on schedules and resources to ensure successful project delivery; Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and construction technologies and apply them to improve our processes and products; Write technical reports, research papers, and documentation to communicate research findings and outcomes to stakeholders
Requirements:	A PhD or Master's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, or a related field; Minimum of 5 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or related fields with strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and natural language processing; Experience in working with large datasets and data preprocessing; Strong analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to provide technical leadership in a team environment; Project management experience, preferably in a research environment
