Process and quality control omics data for the TOPMed Project, which has already sequenced >125, 000 deep whole genomes; Organize omics assays into standard formats, including omics assay results and key meta-data, for sharing with the genomics community; Carry out initial analyses of omics data, combining deep whole genome sequence data and omics assay results to identify key QTLs controlling trait variation; Support the development of interactive web-tools where users can interact with summary results from your analyses of omics data; Develop pipelines to analyze multi-omic datasets, including methylation, metabolomics, proteomics, and/or RNAseq
Requirements:
Advanced degree (preferably PhD) in a recognized field of science that is directly related to the duties of this position; 5+ years of demonstrated experience in the subject area, including leadership/supervision of a team is preferred
