Position: Instructor (Bioinformatics)

Duties: The candidate is expected to run established complex analysis pipelines and optimize as necessary. Designing and developing novel pipelines, databases, and interfaces for analyzing and manipulating research data and analyzing and interpreting results of experiments will also be expected; Specific data analysis will include but not be limited to imaging evaluation/quantitation, bulk/single cell RNA seq, ATAC-seq, and other high dimensional data; Statistical expertise also a plus; Experience in both human and murine tumor immunology and CD8 T cell biology is not required but would be helpful; Assist with grant submissions requiring bioinformatics support
Requirements: PhD in bioinformatics, computer science, biological or physical science, or a related discipline with extensive experience in bioinformatics applications. This position will involve working directly with radiation oncology faculty including PhD scientists, physician-scientists and clinical researchers
