Be responsible for the development and deployment of AI products on our Data platform together with Product & Engineering leads; Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and present potential solutions from a Data Science & ML perspective and ensure a measurable business impact; Work closely with the Product managers to prioritise work, track progress and manage stakeholder expectations across multi-functional teams and verticals; Lead a team of 6-8 highly talented Data Scientists and Engineers; Define a technical roadmap for your team that enables product, analytical and engineering strategies
Requirements:
A proven track record of successfully delivering Data Science solutions, using machine learning and artificial intelligence in a company environment; Experience in managing a team of Data science and Data engineers; Experience in one or more of the following fields: Recommender systems, Regression Models, Workforce Management, Time Series Analysis/Forecasting, Reinforcement Learning or NLP; Profound knowledge in at least one Cloud-Environment, e.g. AWS, GCP, etc
