Duties:	Advise our customers in strategic risk and finance transformation projects; Deepen your knowledge of internal banking processes, controls, and complex financial products; Stay on top of evolving regulatory requirements (e.g. FINMA, EBA, PRA) to devise value-generating solutions for our clients; Identify business opportunities, build and maintain client relationships; Coach and develop team members on a more junior level
Requirements:	Master or PhD in Banking & Finance, Economics, Physics, or Mathematics; 3-6 years of professional experience in banking or in consulting focusing on risk and/or finance transformation; Analytical mindset, willingness to learn and perform, team and service orientation, strong communication skills, and independent working style; Ability to take ownership of securing timely delivery of project milestones; Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite; Fluency (written and oral) in both German and English are a must
