Utilize expertise in analytical pipelines including, but not limited to, modular tools, Qusage, metanalysis tools to conduct transcriptome analysis; Analyze biological markers samples using statistical tools in the R environment; Work collaboratively with Immunology teams to generate insights into immune responses in disease and vaccination; Mentor and train students and fellows in bioinformatics techniques and data analysis; Contribute to the development of novel therapies for pediatric patients through analysis of transcriptome data
