Position: Sr./Principal Scientist, Bioinformatics

Duties: The successful candidate will lead the conceptualization and implementation of analytical strategies and in developing and implementing novel algorithms to further advance our innovative proteome-wide profiling pipeline. This role requires creativity and ingenuity in developing analysis methods, including machine learning/AI type algorithms on our proprietary data to generate actionable insights. Given that our platform is unique and novel, the candidate should also cherish working in uncharted territory and be curious to find solutions where no template exists
Requirements: PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science, or a related field; 5+ years of post-graduate experience in bioinformatics and computational biology; In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in analyzing various high-throughput biological data, such as RNA-seq, WES, WGS, Chip-seq. Experience with analyzing patient level data is a plus; Demonstrated ability to design and implement bioinformatics pipelines, algorithms, and software tools to solve complex biological problems
