Position: (Junior) Quantitative Analyst Capital Market

Location: Köln, Nordrhein‐Westfalen, Germany
Duties: In your new role, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing existing forecast models, as well as developing new quantitative models; You will be involved in the strategic and tactical allocation of mutual funds, as well as portfolio construction within mutual funds; You will be responsible for the analysis and evaluation of quantitatively managed investment products and derivative instruments; In addition, your tasks will include analyzing external research, creating capital market analyses and generating trade ideas; You will create regular reports and presentations for investment committees
Requirements: You have completed a degree in a mathematically economic field or have a comparable qualification; You have good knowledge of capital markets and a high affinity for quantitative investment approaches. Ideally, you have already gained some relevant practical experience in this field; Additionally, you are very good knowledge of quantitative methods and models, Excel, and programming in VBA and R or a comparable programming language; Fluent German and very good English skills complete your profile; Qualified graduates/entry-level professionals are also welcome to apply
