Requirements:
Master’s degree in statistics, bioinformatics, computational biology, or related field; Experience working in unix/linux environments, including basic shell scripting; Familiarity with big data processing pipelines; Strong programming skills in C, C++, Java, or Python and expertise working with the statistical software R are strongly preferred; Training in statistics or machine learning a plus
