Support and educate internal and external stakeholders about SomaLogic data; Walk clients through their data upon delivery, guiding appropriate initial steps and SomaLogic-specific best practices; Deliver technology presentations to potential clients for best utilization of the SomaScan Platform; Engage in problem solving with customers and commercial team regarding utility of SomaLogic data; Partner with internal BioInformatics, Software, and IT teams to optimize value delivery to customers; Leverages customer feedback to shape best practices and future product development; Develop strong relationships with customers
Requirements:
BS degree in the Computer Science, Statistics, or Mathematics; advanced degree preferred; Advanced coursework or experience in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology desired; ‘Omics experience preferred; Minimum of 2 years data analytics experience; education may compensate for experience; Experience in one or more data analysis languages (e.g. Python, R) required; Successful track record in a client-facing role for a scientific or technology company; Experience training others preferred
