Requirements:
PhD in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Computer Science or related areas, and/or equivalent experience/training; Five plus years postdoctoral or industry experience; Experience building and designing production-grade bioinformatics solutions; Experience analyzing and integrating omics data, including transcriptomics, CRISPR, and genomics data; Knowledge of pathogen genomics, including viral variant calling (NGS data), multiple sequence alignment analyses, and viral evolution/phylogenetic analysis; Experience with AWS technologies, including S3 and Athena
