Duties: We are looking for a highly motivated new colleague to join our team in the area of AutoML for neural architecture search (NAS) and new system architectural approaches for high performance computing. You will work on industrial and scientific applications, novel RISC-V based hardware architectures all the way to high performance systems and programmable hardware (FPGAs). The software you are dealing with is used on premises as well as in common cloud environments. Artificial neural networks find wide adoption from our everyday lives all the way to scientific and industrial applications. However, complex models pose challenges on the computing hardware to deliver high accurate results with high efficiency. The Fraunhofer ITWM HPC department develops new algorithmic, software and hardware solutions to enhance the efficiency numerical simulations and deep neural network models.
