Position: Postdoctoral Research Associate - Biostatistics, Al & ML

Duties: Participate in research projects in biostatistics, AI, and ML with applications to health sciences at the direction of principle investigators or delegated research scientists; Integrate research in biostatistics, AI, and ML with high performance computing systems; Work on collaborative projects within ORNL and with external collaborators; Publish papers, participate in conferences, and contribute to grant writing efforts within the group; Deliver ORNL’s mission by aligning behaviors, priorities, and interactions with our core values of Impact, Integrity, Teamwork, Safety, and Service. Promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility by fostering a respectful workplace; in how we treat one another, work together, and measure success
Requirements: A PhD in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field completed within the last 5 years; A record of productive and creative research in biostatistics, AI and ML proven by publications in peer-reviewed journals and/or conference presentations
