Requirements: A master degree in: nursing, public health, social science, psychology or a related field; Experience in one or more of the following fields is desirable: transitional care, adolescent health, rheumatology or implementation science; Fluent in German, French and/or Italian desirable; Very good oral and written English skills; Excellent communication skills, organizational skills and interpersonal skills; Proficient knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, and Adobe; A good foundation in research methodology; Willingness to travel to the participating clinics within Switzerland; Strong spirit of teamwork, initiative and openness to collaboration across scientific disciplines
   
Text: Bereich : Fachbereich Pflegeentwicklung Pensum : 100% Eintrittsdatum : As of May 2023 or by arrangement Abteilung : The HEROES study (Rheumatology Transition for Young People in Switzerland) is a national study with the aim to develop, implement and evaluate a transitional care program for adolescents and young adults moving from pediatric to adult healthcare settings in Switzerland. The study is led by the University Children’s Hospital Basel in cooperation with the University Hospital Basel. For the HEROES study we are recruiting two PhD students. You will be able to gain experience in all aspects of the research process including multi-center data collection (quantitative and qualitative data), data analysis, scientific paper writing and (inter)national scientific meeting presentations.
