Duties: As a member of the cancer center, the faculty member will undertake cancer research activities that are aligned with MCC vision and mission: to improve the lives of all Virginians by delivering cutting-edge cancer care through patient-centered prevention and treatment; high-impact, innovative research; community input and engagement; and education and training of the next generation of researchers and healthcare professionals. Requirements: Ph.D in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology or a closely related field; 8 or more years of research experience in the fields of bioinformatics, computational biology, systems biology, proteomics, and/or genomics; A deep understanding of Ras signal transduction pathways with experience in investigating the mechanism of KRAS addiction of cancer cells; Extensive publication record
