Position:	PhD scholarship in Clinical Bioinformatics

Duties:	The successful candidate will work on analyzing and integrating multiple data modalities, ranging from gene expression profiling, immunophenotyping using immunohistochemistry and flow cytometry, and mucosa-associated bacterial composition. You will apply existing tools or develop new methods if gaps in the repertoire are identified
Requirements:	You must have a two-year master's degree (120 ECTS points) or a similar degree with an academic level equivalent to a two-year master's degree
