Position: Computational Biologist

Duties: Performs production genome data analysis for cancer cohorts. Production analysis will consist of data generation, quality assessment, integrated statistical analysis, and management of data and analysis milestones; Delivers analysis presentations and coordinates discussion on scientific teleconferences among collaborators; Leads and conducts novel data-driven and hypothesis-directed cancer genomics research, including development of computational analysis tools for topics such as mutation discovery, subtype discovery, structural variant analysis
Requirements: Master’s degree in computational biology, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science or related discipline required; Doctoral degree preferred; A minimum of 0-2 years of experience is required
