Duties:	Assess user needs and requirements; Design and develop applications that may involve sophisticated data manipulation; Maintain and update existing programs; Troubleshoot and solve technical problems; Create programs to meet reporting and analysis needs; Design and implement user and operations training programs; Document changes in software for end users; Follow team software development methodology
Requirements:	Bachelor’s in Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field, and three years of relevant experience; Master’s in Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science or related field, and one year of relevant experience; Proficient in R and Python, and a statistical analysis software e.g., SAS or SPSS; Experience with NGS analysis and bioinformatics pipelines e.g., RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and etc
