Position: Unit Facility Management Manager

Location: Riddes, Valais, Switzerland
Duties: Lead and manage the execution of Ingka Facility Management (FM) within the unit through the unit FM team; Responsible to make sure that each property is managed throughout its lifetime including safety, compliance, maintenance and improvement to ensure a safe and operational environment for the business, co-workers, customers and other stakeholders; Implement relevant property management innovations, digital and technical solutions that meet the needs of the business and the many people; Responsible to optimize the efficiency of each property in a sustainable way
Requirements: You have a bachelor’s degree or a trainee with several years’ experience in a managerial position in the facility environment, preferably a technical background (mechanics, electricity etc.); You have minimum 5 years of experience in managing and coordinating with external service providers, preferably in a high-volume retail sector; You have proven skills in developing people and provide support, coaching, training, and career direction to others; You have very good knowledge of planning, organizing and managing costs and expenses; You have a very good understanding of important FM business processes (e.g. work order management for urgent, scheduled and reactive maintenance, contract and supplier management)
