You work closely with the CEO, PO’s and Dev Lead; Side by side with your new colleagues, you will shape ambitious yet feasible technical roadmaps that balance technical and business requirements; You oversee the execution of the ML side of our products by supporting, assessing, and optimizing the technical delivery; You continually evaluate and improve best practices in your ML team, including ML delivery, user focus, engineering standards and problem solving; As noimos scales in users and clients, you are responsible for the availability, scalability and security of noimos' products from an ML perspective, incl. ensuring a streamlined codebase; You organize, hire and retain world-class engineering talents to the team; Furthermore, you identify opportunities to bring cutting edge developments in AI to play
Requirements:
You have 10+ years of experience with ML and its application to business problems; You are able to drive model development to answer business questions in a fit-for-purpose manner together with the team; You have experience in building auto-scaling ML systems & MLOps; Ideally, you are experienced with GCP Vertex AI and Kubeflow
