Provide input into the design and analysis of experiments using omics platforms, such as transcriptomics (microarray, RNA-Seq, single-cell RNA-Seq), proteomics (mass spectrometry, flow/mass cytometry), and related assays; Design and execute the analysis of the obtained data; Contribute to the interpretation and reporting of the biological insights derived from these bioinformatics analyses, in collaboration with other scientists; Work with Research and IT data managers to define and implement processes for the proper management of translational data, ensuring compliance with CSL’s regulatory requirements
Requirements:
PhD in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, or closely related discipline, with substantial exposure to biomedicine; Proficiency in the use of computer clusters and cloud computing, using Unix-based tools; Proficiency in Python and R programming, specially concerning data analysis and statistics; Experience in working and communicating with scientists from different disciplines and backgrounds
