Position:	PhD Student: Bioinformatics with focus on Epigenetics (f/m/x)

Duties:	Generation of different sequencing and epigenetics data in wet-lab; Identification of genomics regions of interest in whole genome sequencing of mammalian cell lines; Characterization of mammalian epigenetics patterns; Identification of potential epigenetic shifts during growth and production phase; Publication of at least two papers on selected topics in peer-reviewed journals and/or conferences; Collaboration with internal and cross-functional expert teams and academic researchers
Requirements:	Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Chemistry or related disciplines with excellent mathematical skills; Hands-on experience in NGS and/or third generation sequencing data generation and analysis, preferred; Strong curiosity on exploring data, genomics analysis and visualization; Ability to clearly communicate ideas and knowledge; Ability to work in an interdisciplinary team and pursue goals in a focused way; Solid skills in R and Python are a must; Excellent command of German and English
