Position: Software Systems Engineer - Client Services Technology

Duties: Work on business demands within the Tax, Legal and Advisory function; Analyze today's systems and processes of our business functions and conduct solution engineering regarding automation, digitalization, cloud, continuous improvements, and implementation; Adopt and apply state-of-the art technology and business standards for (software) systems engineering; Introduce new technology aspects and tools into an existing set of products and solutions; Identify and communicate risks and impacts, considering business and technology implications based on the application of engineering methodology to the current environment; Drive engineering and project activities as well as implementation and delivery of complex business and IT transformation using patterns and technology solutions; Build trustworthy relations with internal and external stakeholders as clients, product owners and external partners
Requirements: Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or similar; Minimum of 3-5 years'experience as systems engineer in a technical environment with strong focus on workflows, data, integration, and operational qualities; Entrepreneurial spirit and ownership of own tasks and services/products; Analytical, problem-solving and risk management competencies - Experience in Agile, DevOps and product-oriented mindset; Experience (and pref. expertise) in cloud technology ecosystem, preferably MS - Ability to conduct research on emerging data technologies; Self-motivating and self-guiding personality. Ability to communicate with business, development, and architect stakeholders - Driven and passionate about delivering business value outcome; Professional English is a must, German knowledge would be appreciated
