Duties:
Join Nestlé R&D project teams to provide results-driven data science, statistical and mathematical expertise; Be the technical lead for building digital tools and prototypes with proven application/transfer/use; Entrepreneurship or creative problem solving to progress digital innovations; Evaluate trends for food product development and ingredient discovery with AI and propose proof-of-concepts, collaborate with IT and other functions to industrialize prototypes; Provide in depth-scientific knowledge to propose and evaluate internal and external data science approaches and tools; Help build talent pipeline through coaching and student supervision
Requirements:
PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics or relevant discipline; Minimum 5 years working experience; In-depth understanding of a wide range of data science techniques; Experience in translating data science into digital innovation; Strong knowledge of either R or Python, preferably both; Experience with software development frameworks (DevOps, Scrum, …)
