Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Energy, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Sustainability or a relevant related degree; 5 years of related experience; Knowledge of the energy industry. Knowledge of weather derivatives is a plus; A self-starter able to independently manage tasks, motivated by a dynamic and international team; High level of business acumen, including the ability to find creative solutions and deliver on client expectations and requirements; Ability to understand, simplify and communicate complex topics; Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines; Excellent analytical skills and a structured and logical mind-set; English strong written and presentations skills and fluency in speaking and writing required, additional languages are a plus; Willingness to travel

Lead the conceptualization, development and testing of new products and structures. Work closely with Structuring and Trading to develop pricing and customer proposals. Effectively interface with team for further development of risk management products. Develop ad hoc models and analysis when necessary. Monitor changes in energy markets which might impact current or proposed strategies.
