Duties:	You analyse WGS, RNAseq, CHIPseq results to characterize and identify DMG-patient derived cell profiles and their response to radiotherapy or targeted therapy; You harness cutting-edge research based on CRISPR screening to identify resistance mechanisms developed by DMG-patient-derived cells to identify new targeted treatment strategies based on approved drugs or novel compounds to specifically overcome resistance or consolidated standard treatment
Requirements:	Ph.D or MsC in scientific field (biology, immunology, bioinformatics); Expertise in analyse of biological data such as: proteomics, transcriptomics, metabolomics, screening, imaging; Familiar with a programming language (e.g. Python or R) and with statistical approaches. Experience with deep learning/machine learning/AI is a plus; Native speaker or excellent oral and written communication skills in English
