You are strengthening our growing risk modelling and actuarial practice working on a range of consulting projects and audit mandates; You work in diverse teams functioning as the specialist in topics including financial transformation, system migration, capital management, validation, financial reporting (IFRS 17, SST, SII), reserving or pricing in life re-/insurance; You use your technical knowledge to help modernize or automatize insurance processes; You may support the annual audit of insurance companies, health insurers or reinsurance companies according to international/national standards; You have the opportunity to work in related fields such as banking, climate, data analysis and risk & modeling to further deepen your experience outside of insurance in a practical way; You continuously expand your technical knowledge and your soft skills with on and off training sessions; You work in a diversified international team and receive regular coaching from colleagues and superiors; You contribute your professional experience and take on management responsibility in the team by leading your colleagues technically, imparting your knowledge and assuming initial project responsibilities; You support various tasks at different companies and intensify your client contacts, also using your network to identify new project opportunities
Requirements:
You have at least 3 years experience either in actuarial, quantitative finance or system migration in financial services, ideally working with life insurance and reinsurance operations; first experiences with IFRS 17 or Solvency II or product design is an advantage; You have experience with a life actuarial modelling software (e.g. Prophet), life systems (e.g. msg) or affinity to similar programming and data management as an advantage; You are a (nearly or fully) qualified actuary SAV or qualified member of a recognized professional actuarial association; You have first experience in leading project work and managing junior actuaries; You are fluent in written and spoken German and English; French is an advantage; You have excellent analytical and summarizing skills willing to coach others and work with senior stakeholders at our clients; You have a desire to do something different, to reimagine the possible as a team player driving forward new topics in the insurance market
