Position: Research Associate in Real-Time and Embedded Systems

Duties: CritiX seeks to strengthen its expertise in real-time and embedded systems. We aim to strengthen these systems to withstand targeted cyberattacks to secure the critical information infrastructure of tomorrow. Our goal is to address new challenges in one or more of the following main research topics: Resilient systems for critical cyber-physical and embedded systems; Resilient real-time operating systems
Requirements: We welcome candidates with a PhD in Computer Science and/or Engineering, Informatics; Strong background in the theory and practice of Security and/or Fault Tolerance of Real-Time and Embedded Systems, Computer Architecture, Reconfigurable Systems and Operating systems will be considered as an advantage; We consider as an advantage, proven experience in several of: fault and intrusion tolerance (a.k.a. BFT), trusted computing and architectural hybridisation (TEE), or real-time systems
