Works with an interdisciplinary group of researchers consisting of roboticists and aging experts to develop an AI Planning framework (using PDDL and ROSPlan) for deploying in a commercially available ground robot
Requirements: A minimum of B.Sc (or equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related disciplines; Prior experience of working with AI Planning, PDDL, and ROSPlan; Strong experience with ROS (ROS1/ROS2)

Works with an interdisciplinary group of researchers consisting of roboticists and aging experts to develop an AI Planning framework (using PDDL and ROSPlan) for deploying in a commercially available ground robot (e.g., Fetch base, Clearpath Husky, or Locus Origin). Will primarily work at the Cognitive Assistive Robotics lab ( http://carl.cs.unh.edu/ ) and will have the opportunity to advance research on merging classical AI planning with imitation learning with an overarching goal of field deployment.
