Duties: The main research focus of the role is to lead a team of PDRAs and DPhil students within the Oxford Torr Vision Group in developing machine learning technologies with applications to computer vision with prime focus towards developing algorithms for reliable, robust, and efficient deep neural networks
Requirements: You should hold a relevant Ph.D/D.Phil with post-qualification research experience. You should have the ability to independently plan and manage a research project, including a research budget and have a strong publication record (commensurate with opportunities and experience) at principal computer vision conferences (CVPR, ECCV, ICCV, Neurips, ICML, ICLR etc.)
   
Text: Senior Research Associate in Machine Learning Department of Engineering Science, Parks Road, Oxford, OX1 3PJ We are seeking a full time Senior Research Associate in Machine Learning to join Professor Torr’s research group at the Department of Engineering Science (central Oxford). The group is an internationally leading research group that has numerous scientific awards and has close links with some of the top industrial research labs, more information can be found here http://www.robots.ox.ac.uk/~tvg/. The post is fixed-term for 1 year with funding provided by industry. The main research focus of the role is to lead a team of PDRAs and DPhil students within the Oxford Torr Vision Group in developing machine learning technologies with applications to computer vision with prime focus towards developing algorithms for reliable, robust, and efficient deep neural networks.
