Position: Assistant Professor, Hematology and Hematopathology

Duties: The University of Chicago's Department of Pathology is searching for a full-time faculty member at assistant professor rank in Hematopathology. The appointee will have clinical responsibilities in hematopathology and the clinical hematology laboratory and will participate in the interpretation of lymph node and bone marrow specimens, flow cytometry studies and section quality improvement activities
Requirements: Prior to the start of employment, qualified applicants must: 1) have a medical doctorate or equivalent, 2) hold or be eligible to hold a medical license in the State of Illinois, and 3) have board certification or eligibility for board certification in Hematopathology through the American Board of Pathology
