He/She will provide state-of-the-art statistical expertise on all stages of a research project including grant application, study design, data analysis and manuscript publication for all Rutgers Cancer Institute research programs
Requirements: PhD in biostatistics, statistics, or a closely related field is required. Candidate should have a record of publications in collaborative research and biostatistical methodology. A record of exeternal grants is required for a candidate for the rank of Associate Professor. The successful candidate will be a critical part of multidisciplinary team science for the innovative basic science, translational, clinical and population research at Rutgers Cancer Institute. He/She will provide state-of-the-art statistical expertise on all stages of a research project including grant application, study design, data analysis and manuscript publication for all Rutgers Cancer Institute research programs. The academic appointment will be in the Rutgers School of Public Health with a resident faculty appointment at the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. Faculty at the Rutgers School of Public Health will have the opportunity to engage in exciting teaching and mentorship activities for junior faculty and graduate students. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience.
