Position: Analyst, Integrated Analytics

Duties: Leverages Insights as a transformational catalyst to differentiate JMS’ thought leadership; informs a deep understanding of retailer category and consumer dynamics by optimizing a full suite of descriptive analytics; Understands, analyzes, interprets, and articulates relevant intelligence and data that can be commercialized to drive progress; Partners with Sales to supply analytic inputs and recommendations for Joint Business Planning meetings and quarterly business reviews; Collaborates with Sales to optimize pricing and promotional strategy; assists in the identification of opportunities and competitive threats; builds action plans to mitigate risks; increases account plan accuracy using exception-based reporting
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field; At least 1 year of experience in Business Analytics (can include internships) with a preference for experience in syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, etc.) and retailer data (Retail Link, Atlas, Madrid, 1010, etc.); Ability to gather, analyze and present detailed information related to all aspects of business to audiences of diverse experiences; Strong, solution-oriented thinker with project management, critical thinking and communication skills
