Position: Project and Application Manager

Duties: oordinate the rollout of the local IDEAL application to the University - and other hospitals; Establish the regulatory processes and documents in collaboration with the hospital legal service and the Swiss Personalized Health Network; Application management: plan and accompany the further development of the IDEAL application in close cooperation with the software developers; Budget and cost control; User training, development of tutorials and the project website; Communication with users and enrolment of new customers; Project representation during meetings with the consortium and the funding bodies
Requirements: University or technical college degree as computer scientist, data scientist, data manager, biologist, in a medical field or related area; Training in project management and/or digital leadership is an advantage; Experience with software application management; preferably in the healthcare system environment and a good understanding of clinical data management; Fluency in English (min. level C1) and German if possible; Experience using digital tools and project-related social media representation; Open-minded, communicative and team-oriented with an independent and methodical way of working; Interest to work in an academic and hospital environment with close team collaboration
