Position: Key Account Manager
Institution: Swan Analytische Instrumente AG
Location: Hinwil, Zürich, Switzerland
Duties: Responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from reviewing RFQs, clarifying technical and commercial aspects, to define the best competitive solution for the customers and to negotiating the final contract; Identification and creation of new sales opportunities as well as support of existing customers; Analysing market trends and competition as well as developing the growth strategy for the assigned regions; Coordinating and working closely with the technical project manager; Main contact for customers, distributors, and subsidiaries in the assigned regions; Participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and congresses
Requirements: Basic technical education (mainly in the field of electrical engineering/mechanics) with further education at HF/FH level (BSc); Several years of experience in project business; Experience in working with system integrators and/or analytical instrumentation is a plus; Good German and English language skills are mandatory, additional French or Spanish language skills would be an advantage; availability for international travel (20-30%)
