Position: Postdoctoral Fellow - Complementary Nutrition
Duties: The work will be centred on undertaking research on the physico-chemical properties of new food ingredients including proteins and fats/oils produced from plants and via technologies such as precision fermentation, mammalian cell cultures and microbial farming (or plant engineering). The project is focused on developing an understanding of the full potential for these ingredients and technologies to be used in dairy food systems
